Permalink Reply by Jennifer R. Bacon on February 16, 2009 at 11:53am when i tried a steamer in the past I wasn't very successful with soap scum , things still needed scrubbed but thanks for the ideaI use a steamer machine and/or an old thin butter knife wrapped around a thin old hankercheif.

I adapted your idea about the cloth around the needle and that worked okay. So good one!Have you tried a Q-Tip? Or you could put a cloth around a knitting needle.

Baking Soda then pour the Vinegar will make a bubbling cleaner try that and maybe a cotton swab or toothpick let me know what you find that works for you because we are fixing to put one in an I may need to know .

Bacon on February 16, 2009 at 11:59am small brush is a very good idea i will go and have a look. if the handle is thin enough maybe i can put a cloth around it to polish the glass when i finish?!Yes! I have the answer! go to a pet store and look for an aquarium filter cleaning brush. you can get them in various sizes, some quite small, with flexible bristles, that should be able to fit into any space.
It looks like a bottle brush, only smaller.
