Try using a baby bottle mini brush. It works for me.

Hi, have you tryed pouring straight vinegar around the slide, I clean every thing with vinegar. Baking Soda then pour the Vinegar will make a bubbling cleaner try that and maybe a cotton swab or toothpick let me know what you find that works for you…
